LILLIAN JOYCE KIRSCH 1934 - 2005 After a lengthy illness, Joyce passed away peacefully on June 20, 2005 at the Seven Oaks Hospital. Joyce will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her sister Irene; brother-in-law Jake; sisters-in-law, Dorothy Kirsch, Vonnie Kirsch and numerous nieces and nephews. Joyce was predeceased by her parents, Conrad and Amolia; brothers, Edwin, Emanual, Adam, Victor and Arnold. Joyce was raised in Winnipeg. She worked many years as a hairdresser and was a devoted family caregiver, as she spent most of her years caring for her mother Amolia and brothers, Edwin and Emanual. Joyce enjoyed family functions and playing cards. At Joyce's request, cremation has taken place. Family and friends are invited to celebrate Joyce's life on Tuesday, June 28 at 10:30 a.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. with Pastor Don Engel officiating. Interment to follow in Brookside Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Joyce's memory to Seven Oaks Dialysis Unit, 2300 McPhillips St., Winnipeg, MB R2V 3M3.
